Our coaching programs provide you with tools to enhance both your mental and physical well-being and to support your everyday resilience.
Support from a wellbeing coach
Support from a wellbeing coach. Support from a wellbeing coach. Your personal coach will monitor your progress and support you remotely throughout the coaching.
Coaching content available 24/7. The coaching programs operate in the OmaMehiläinen app and online service.
Effectiveness monitoring. Questionnaire at the beginning, during, at the end, and 6 months after the coaching.

Well-being and lifestyle coaching
The price for coaching that promotes well-being and health is 99,90 € per coaching. The 12–16 week coaching includes weekly coaching materials and tasks, as well as remote support from your personal well-being coach.

How to start a coaching program
Once you have submitted the form, the coaching will start as follows.
The well-being coach will contact you by phone to agree on your personal coaching goal and to start the coaching.
After the start, we will send you an invoice (99,90 €). Some of our coaching programs can be paid with ePassi (Eat Healthier, Eat Lighter, Get Moving). If you wish to use ePassi as a payment method, please inform your coach during the call.
If you do not have the OmaMehiläinen app, download it to your phone or tablet from the app store. You can also use the OmaMehiläinen online service at oma.mehilainen.fi.
The coaching starts in OmaMehiläinen with a welcome to coaching info and a starting questionnaire.

The coaching program is purchased using the form below. Choose the coaching program you want and fill in the details.
Occupational Health Customers. If you are a Mehiläinen occupational health customer, check with your employer whether the coaching is included in your occupational health agreement. Stages of coaching
In addition to the start info and questionnaire, you set a goal together with the coach. The coach monitors the progress of the program and responds to your messages within 1–3 working days throughout the program.
The goal is to make small changes on the way to your own goal. Tasks can be done daily or once a week if desired.
You will receive a goal questionnaire halfway through the coaching, a final questionnaire at the end of the coaching, and a follow-up questionnaire 6 months after the coaching.
In OmaMehiläinen, you can see your own goal, program progress, all weekly themes of the coaching, and your coach's contact information. You can also return to previous weeks to continue doing tasks.
Remote Support. The coaching includes chat remote support from your personal well-being coach. The price of the coaching does not include meetings at the reception or video appointments.
Video Appointment. If you want additional support or want to discuss the theme of the coaching more deeply with your personal well-being coach, you can book a time for a video appointment. Prices for the well-being coach's video appointment: 55,30 € (15 min), 82,95 € (30 min), and 110,60 € (45 min). Coaching and video appointments are not reimbursable by Kela.

The best things about the Eat Healthier programme are that it progresses in phases, it has weekly assignments and it provides access to a chat service.
The Get Moving programme was ideal for me as I could do everything according to my own schedule without being committed to any specific times or appointments.
The Eat Lighter programme provided easy tips for taking up the right eating and exercise habits. I am delighted and I am happy to go on.
I believe everybody can benefit from the Take a Breath programme regardless of their current condition as the programme is so versatile.
For me, the most important lesson of the programme was that even the smallest changes can affect your health tremendously. Previously, I felt I had to lose weight fast, but the programme is about changing your habits entirely, which is of course a slow process.
