Using insurance
Using our services is easy regardless of which insurance company you are using. There are two different ways to use the insurance, depending on your insurance policy: either you apply for a compensation decision from your insurance company in advance (direct compensation permit, direct debit) and only pay the deductible for your visit at the cash register, or the compensation is applied for from the insurance company only after the visit, in which case you first pay the visit in full yourself. Your insurance company will tell you how to handle the payment.
Occupational health care customers
By logging in to online appointment booking as an occupational health customer, you can see your own occupational health team, whose appointments are included in your agreement. For other services, you can also see whether they are part of your occupational health care agreement or whether you should be prepared to pay for your visit yourself. You can always check with your employer which services are included in your company’s occupational health agreement.
