Occupational health physicians, occupational health nurses and occupational physiotherapists are available at the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. General practitioners and nurses are available 24/7. The service is based on a service needs assessment carried out with an automated health questionnaire that is free of charge to companies. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, the employee is directed to the most suitable occupational health specialist.
Using the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre saves time and travel expenses, and it helps customers avoid having to move around unnecessarily when ill. The service is also always quickly available, allowing treatment to begin immediately.
Once you start using the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre, the availability of end-user services will improve, using occupational health care services will be smoother and the designated occupational health team of your company will have more time for supporting demanding work ability customers and the management of work ability. The Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre can be contacted about any health- or work ability-related concern or symptom. The multidisciplinary occupational health team will start working on the matter immediately, and, if necessary, arrange the most suitable follow-up treatment path for the situation. Especially the following symptoms and situations can be treated at the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre:
Follow-up and monitoring in work ability challenges (such as repeated/prolonged absences), and, for example, suspected occupational diseases are directed from the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre to a designated occupational health team at a physical clinic after initial guidance and examinations.
If the case cannot be handled remotely, we will guide the customer to a clinic. We do not charge for appointments where treatment cannot be started remotely.
