Matters related to mental well-being challenges often go beyond the individual, which is why functional solutions require a more comprehensive perspective. A multidisciplinary occupational health team is able to map and detect different situations in relation to individuals, the work community and management.
We employ over 800 mental well-being specialists across Finland. Our specialists have a wide-ranging understanding of the connection between work and well-being and are able to utilise various indicators and data to support operations.
Timely support is proven to be effective. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive range of services and enable quick access to treatment, which reduces both the mental load of the individual and the costs incurred by the company.
