Hei, olen valmistunut lääkäriksi 1984. Olen toiminut yleislääkärinä terveyskeskuksessa ja valmistunut 1998 iho-ja sukupuolitautien erikoislääkäriksi. Erikoistumisaikana Tyks:ssa työskentelin myös allergologian parissa. 1990-1992 olen tehnyt ihotutkimusta Michiganin yliopistossa USA:ssa ja myöhemmin myös Turun yliopistossa. Tältä ajalta on 6 erillisjulkaisua. Toimin Ihotautilääkärinä Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiöllä v. 1999- 2007.

Hoidan kaikenikäisiä ihotautipotilaita ja kaikkia ihotauteja ( ekseemat, akne, rosacea, auringon aiheuttamat ihomuutokset, hiuspohjan sairaudet, psoriasis, säärihaavat mm), sekä allergisista ihottumaoireista kärsiviä.

Olen kiinnostunut ihon ja muun kehon yhteistoiminnasta, esim. diabeksen ihoon aiheuttamista oireista.
