Mehiläinen’s customer service is open every day around the clock.

Our customer service will help you with e.g. the following issues:

  • Appointment bookings
  • Counselling in matters concerning patient documents and the renewal of prescriptions
  • An advisory service and enquiries concerning Mehiläinen’s service selection
  • Guidance in the use of the online booking service and the OmaMehiläinen service

The waiting time may be longer in the mornings than at other times.

Cancelling an appointment

If something prevents you from keeping your appointment, please cancel it no later than the previous day either by phone or through our online appointment booking service using your appointment code.
