General rules of competitions and draws of the Mehiläinen Group

By entering the competition, the participant agrees to abide by the official rules of the competition or draw and the decisions of the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the rules. The changes will enter into force on the date of publication of the notice.

Participation and eligibility

In order to participate in the competition or draw, the participant must fill in any information requested in the competition or draw and provide the contact details as requested by that date. The participant must be a natural person over the age of 18 living in Finland or have the consent of a guardian. You must always enter the competition or draw with your own name and correct contact details. The staff of the organiser and their family members are not allowed to participate in a draw. Entries that do not comply with the competition or draw guidelines will be disqualified.

Awards and organiser's responsibility

The winner will be notified in person by the date indicated in connection with the competition or draw. The prize is personal. The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or service or converted into cash. The organiser is responsible for the lottery tax of the prize. The organiser will mail the prizes to the winners. The prize winner is responsible for any other costs related to receiving or using the prize. The prize will be delivered only to a Finnish address. The prize winner discharges the organiser from all liability arising out of or alleged to have arisen out of the receipt of the prize and from any liability arising out of or in connection with any subsequent use of the prize or injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by or in connection with the claiming or use of the prize. Under no circumstances will the organiser’s liability exceed the value of the prize. The organiser is not liable for IT-related obstacles to participation in the competition or draw.

Use of names and contact details

The names and contact details of the participants will be used only for the purposes of the draw, the announcement of the prize and/or the delivery of the prize.

These rules apply to all competitions and draws organised in the Mehiläinen Group.
