Ajanvaraus keskitetyn ajanvarauksemme kautta numerosta 010 414 00 (local network rate/mobile charge), mutta tätä kautta ei voi varat aikoja kaikkiin toimenpiteisiin

Voit jättää sairaanhoitajille soittopyynnön tätä kautta esim. toimenpideajanvaraus tilanteissa.

Aikoja voi varata myös Mehiläisen verkkoajanvarauksen kautta ajanvaraus.mehilainen.fi , mutta tätä kautta ei voi varata toimenpideaikoja.

Itseilmoittautumisautomaatit: Aulatilat 3. 4. ja 5. krs

Laboratorioon voi tulla joko ajanvarauksella tai vuoronumerolla. Ajan voi varata joko OmaMehiläisestä tai verkkoajanvarauksesta. Spirometria, holter, yöpolygrafia ja rasitus-EKG vaativat aina ajanvarauksen, kts. ohje alla.

Spirometriaan, Pt-EKG-Pa (holter) ja yöpolygrafiaan voit varata ajan suoraan nettiajanvarauksesta kyseisen tutkimuksen nimellä. Voit myös varata ajan näihin tai muihin kliinisen fysiologian tutkimuksiin soittamalla, puh. 01041400 (local network rate/mobile charge). Laite tulee palauttaa samaan toimipisteeseen seuraavana päivänä laboratoriosta saadun aikataulun mukaan.

Yöpolygrafia.

Forumin kuvantaminen (myös magneetti)

Röntgentutkimuksiin pääsee myös ilman ajanvarausta

Ultraäänikuvaukset, mammografiat, magneettitutkimukset ja kartiokeilatietokonetomografiatutkimukset ajanvarauksella

Mehiläinen Forumissa Työterveyshoitajan vastaanotto maanantaisin klo 18 saakka.

Forumin työpsykologit ja työfysioterapeutit ovat muuttaneet vastaanottonsa uusiin tiloihimme Kolmen Sepän toimipisteelle.

Itseilmoittautumisautomaatit 3. krs, 4.krs. ja 5.krs. auloissa.

Kassapalvelut sijaitsevat 3. kerroksessa.

Laskua maksaessa tulee näyttää Kela-kortti, jotta voimme antaa Kela-korvauksen käynnin yhteydessä.

OmaMehiläinen-palvelu on nopein ja vaivattomin keino tarkistaa omat potilastiedot, tutkimustiedot ja tutkimuskuvat.

Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

Asiakas voi varata lääkärille soittoajan reseptin uusimiseksi.

Lääkäri uusii reseptin seuraavan vastaanottopäivänsä yhteydessä.

Lääkärit ja vastaanottajat voivat halutessaan veloittaa asiakasta soittopyyntöön käyttämästään ajasta.

Rauhoittavien lääkkeiden tai unilääkkeiden reseptejä ei uusita ilman vastaanottokäyntejä.

Soittopyynnöt lääkäreille ja muille vastaanottajille varataan Mehiläisen verkkoajanvarauksesta tai puhelimitse 010 414 00 (local network rate/mobile charge) tai OmaMehiläisen kautta.

Lääkärit ja vastaanottajat hoitavat soittopyynnöt
vastaanoton kuluessa ja voivat halutessaan veloittaa asiakasta soittopyyntöön käyttämästään ajasta.

At Mehiläinen Helsinki Forum, you can register in the following ways:

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the medical center.

OmaMehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Cashier services: Cashier services are located on the 3rd floor.

Mehiläinen Forum can be accessed from the 3rd floor of the shopping center and directly by elevator from the glass corner entrance of the shopping center (corner of Mannerheimintie and Simonkatu).

Arrival by car: Customers arriving by car can easily reach the medical center by driving to the Forum shopping center's parking garage. Entry and exit to the parking garage are from Simonkatu 7 and Jaakonkatu.

Parking: The nearest parking area is the P-City Forum Helsinki parking garage. Parking is subject to a fee, with payment options including credit card and mobile payment (EasyPark, ParkMan).

Accessible parking: Accessible parking spaces are available on the upper level of the Forum parking garage in areas A, B, and C, and on the lower level in areas E and F. Parking is subject to a fee. Additionally, there are two accessible parking spaces in front of the Forum shopping center at Mannerheimintie 20.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis can stop at the Forum glass corner entrance if needed. Personal vehicles cannot access the area near the entrance doors. The nearest parking spaces are located on the 0th floor of the Forum parking garage.

Arrival by public transport: Mehiläinen Forum is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest public transport stops are at Helsinki Central Railway Station (approx. 300 m), Kamppi metro station and bus terminal (approx. 250 m), and Lasipalatsi tram stop (approx. 120 m). Detailed route and schedule information can be found on the HSL website.

Arrival by bicycle or by foot: The nearest entrances to the facility are the Forum shopping center's glass corner (intersection of Mannerheimintie and Simonkatu) and direct access to the 3rd floor through the shopping center. The shopping center entrances are on Simonkatu, Yrjönkatu, Mannerheimintie, and from the Asematunneli. The shopping center's bicycle parking is located at Kukontori, easily accessible via Yrjönkatu.

Accessible entrance: Forum shopping center is generally accessible. The recommended accessible entrance is the shopping center's glass corner entrance. However, this entrance does not have automatic doors. From the glass corner entrance, you can take the elevator directly to Mehiläinen. We recommend bringing an accompanier if needed.

Signage and elevators: All floors, elevator lobbies, and stairwells have clear signage. The building has several elevators that provide access to the Mehiläinen 3rd-floor facilities. There are three elevators in the glass corner that can accommodate a wheelchair.

Accessible restrooms: An accessible restroom is available on the 3rd and 4th floor. Accessible restrooms are clearly marked.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of varying heights and types, with and without armrests.

Lighting: The interior has sufficient and even lighting that does not glare.

Mobility options: There is ample space for moving with aids, such as wheelchairs.

Assistive devices: A wheelchair is available for loan at the medical center and can be picked up on the 4th floor.
