I'm a physiotherapist and sports instructor. I work with passion to promote my clients’ functional health, well-being, and quality of life with an approachable and encouraging attitude. My experience in the field of sports instructing has strengthened my expertise in assessing movement quality, guiding safe training, and working with a wide range of clients. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, running, strength training, CrossFit, and various other forms of exercise.
My expertise focuses on musculoskeletal physiotherapy (neck and shoulder issues, shoulder joint, thoracic spine, lower back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot). I have a particular interest in the rehabilitation of lower-limb problems.
I meet each client as an individual so that together we can find solutions to challenges in functional health—whether related to pain, movement dysfunction, or injury prevention.
I use evidence-based rehabilitation methods and clear guidance to help clients understand their situation and gain concrete tools to support their well-being.
