We recommend booking an appointment to the laboratory. You can book an appointment online or by phone. On Saturdays (related to the reception) it is possible to have quick samples taken from the laboratory examinations.
The radiologist is available every day at the x-ray. General radiography examinations are done on weekdays. You can view the images in OmaMehiläinen application. You can save and share the images in OmaMehiläinen web service.
Gynecologists and cardiologists perform ultrasound examinations in their respective fields.
ENMG examinations are done by Jan Siren, clinical neurophysiology specialist doctor.
Cardiac stress tests are done by cardiologist Jussi Mikkelson.
There are now four occupational therapists working in Pori: Kaisa Kangas, Kaija-Leena Karjalainen, Olli Teini and Olli Ceder. The latest has, in addition, has expertise in sports physiotherapy and podiatric physiotherapy, as well as lower limb analysis.
In addition, there are psychotherapists, sexual therapists and nutritionist services available.

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the medical center.
Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 1st floor of the facility.
Location: Our facility is located near the old bus station and the employment office, close to the Sirkus Square roundabout. Our facility is a long white building with its end facing King's Road.
Arrival by car: Our facility is located near the downtown area. We recommend setting your navigator to King's Road 3, which will bring you directly to our unit.
Parking: There is a parking area on our facility's yard that is chargeable. Parking can be paid via mobile payment (EasyPark / ParkMan) as well as with card or coins at the payment machine.
Accessible parking: There is one accessible parking spot next to the entrance.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: A taxi or an accompanier's car can stop momentarily right in front of the facility's entrance.
Arrival by public transport: The travel center is located about 1 km from the facility.
Arrival by bicycle: There is a bicycle shed on the facility's yard.
Accessible entrance and doors: The main entrance is accessible. There are wide automatic doors at the entrance.
Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and indoors.
Elevator accessibility: The building has three accessible elevators. The elevator allows movement between floors and bypassing the stairs at the main entrance.
Accessible restrooms: There is an accessible restroom on each floor, and they are clearly marked.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of various heights and types.
Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient, even lighting that does not cause glare.
Mobility options: Mehiläinen Pori is suitable for clients who use mobility aids (e.g., wheelchair, walker) and there is ample space to move around, for example, with a wheelchair.
Assistive devices: A wheelchair available for loan can be requested at the reception desk.

Saapumisohjeet
Sairaala sijaitsee Lääkärikeskus Mehiläisen 2. kerroksessa johon kulku onnistuu myös hissillä.
Pysäköinti
Pihassa on maksullinen pysäköinti. Maksuautomaatti sijaitsee sisäänkäynnin oikealla puolella. INVA pysäköintiluvalla saa pysäköidä ilmaiseksi koko kiinteistön parkkipaikalle.

OmaMehiläinen-palvelu on nopein ja vaivattomin keino tarkistaa omat potilastiedot, tutkimustiedot ja tutkimuskuvat.
Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

Asiakaspalvelupiste sijaitsee 1. kerroksessa, katutasossa, joka sijaitsee sisääntulosta oikealla puolella. Valmistauduthan todentamaan henkilöllisyytesi kuvallisella henkilöllisyystodistuksella.
Ilmoittautumisautomaatti sijaitsee heti eteisessä sisääntultaessa.
Ilmoittautua voit myös OmaMehiläinen -sovelluksella.
Kassapalvelut sijaitsevat sisääntuloaulassa.
Huomioithan, että asioidessasi Mehiläisessä tarvitset mukaasi voimassa olevan henkilöllisyystodistuksen (kuvallinen henkilökortti, passi tai ajokortti).
Laskutus tapahtuu heti vastaanoton jälkeen kassalla. Maksutavat ovat pankkikortti, luottokortti ja erämaksu.
Mahdolliset laskureklamaatiot osoitetaan: laskutus.info@mehilainen.fi tai numeroon 010 414 0505 (ma-pe 8-16).
Sairaanhoitajan vastaanottolla hoidamme: haavoja ja tapaturmia, avustamme lääkäreitä pientoimenpiteissä sekä annamme injektiota ja rokotuksia. Teemme myös muistitutkimuksia (CERAD ja MMSE).
Toimipisteessämme toimii myös valinnanvapauskokeilun yleislääkärin vastaanottoja.

Mehiläisen potilasyhteyshenkilö antaa potilaalle neuvoja ja tietoa hänen oikeuksistaan ja avustaa tarvittaessa potilasta vahinkoepäilyn, muistutuksen, kantelun tai korvaushakemuksen teossa.
Toimipisteen potilasyhteyshenkilötoiminnasta vastaa Mehiläisen keskitetty potilasyhteyshenkilötiimi.

Hyvinvointialueiden potilasasiavastaavat ja sosiaaliasiavastaavat
Vuoden 2024 alusta alkaen kullakin hyvinvointialueella on lisäksi potilasasiavastaava ja sosiaaliasiavastaava, joilla on velvollisuus neuvoa ja tiedottaa potilaan oikeuksista alueellaan. Potilasasiavastaavien ja sosiaaliasiavastaavien yhteystiedot löydät oman hyvinvointialueesi kotisivuilta.
