- In some places, the application contains links that may be unclear to assistive technology users. (2.4.4)
Show Hidden Events Menu
- There are deficiencies in the functionality of the menu. The focus order is flawed in connection with the menu. In some places, the element opening the menu lacks an accessible name. (2.4.3), (4.1.2)
Cards
- Keyboard focus does not progress in order in the initial view of the cards. (2.4.3)
Surveys
- The "Next" button has functional deficiencies. The text contrast of the button is insufficient. The error message activated by the "Next" button is not programmatically conveyed to assistive technologies. (1.4.3), (4.1.3)
- Focus remains on the "Next" button when the view is changed. (2.4.3)
Entire Service
- The back arrow does not receive keyboard focus. (2.1.1)
- Not all elements receive visible keyboard focus. (2.4.7)
- The contrast of the keyboard focus indicator is not strong enough. (1.4.11)
- Text contrast is insufficient in some places. (1.4.3)
- Not all headings are programmatically marked as headings. (1.3.1)
- The application can only be used in portrait orientation. (1.3.4)

Digital Clinic
- The slider element cannot be used with a keyboard or assistive technologies. (2.1.1)
- The camera and microphone cannot be opened with TalkBack. (2.1.1)
- Some elements of the digital clinic lack accessible names or state descriptions. (4.1.2)
- Notifications in the conversation are not directly conveyed to users of assistive technologies. (4.1.3)
- There are deficiencies in the focus of radio buttons and checkboxes with the keyboard. (2.4.3)
Me Section
- Keyboard usage in the "Me" section does not work. (2.1.1)
- The insurance view cannot be used with a keyboard. (2.1.1)
- Prescription form labels are not linked to element groups. (1.3.1)
- Some elements in the "Me" section lack accessible names. (4.1.2)
- Roles and states are inadequately described in prescription selection. (4.1.2)
- There is an invisible and unnamed element in the health information section. (2.4.3), (4.1.2)
- There are deficiencies in the payment card section. Payment card fields lack their own labels. When the user enters incorrect payment card information, the error is indicated only visually using color. (3.3.2), (3.3.1)
