Digital lifestyle coaching programmes for occupational health care customers

Do you need support for your mental wellbeing, leading an active life or maintaining a healthy diet? We offer our occupational health customers new kinds of digital treatment and coaching programmes to help them make lifestyle changes as well as address mental health problems.

The goal of the digital coaching programmes is to support and encourage employees in making lifestyle changes and offer ways of promoting one’s own wellbeing. The coaching programme includes digital content published weekly on the OmaMehiläinen app and online service (themes, assignments, impact surveys) and coaching performed by a personal occupational health care professional. Depending on the type of programme, the coach will support the client either remotely or in coaching meetings. All meetings can be arranged as remote appointments, if necessary.
