Kela compensation for companies
Kela has revised its guidance compensation for the employer's medical costs. Refinements will come into force on 1.1.2016. If the maximum levels of occupational health care cost of medical visits is full, these cost of medical visits can not be transferred within the scope of medical compensation. Other health care services provided by outside the employer's occupational health care will not be eligible for direct compensation if the employer pays the deductible, the service provider.
