We build scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions for many clients, integrating with various healthcare services and APIs. We emphasize great UX, accessibility, and maintainability, ensuring that our product provides the best possible experience for patients.

In your role as Site reliability engineer, you will:
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of the BeeHealthy SaaS platform across production environments
Design, operate, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure (primarily Kubernetes-based) with reliability as a first-class feature
Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and use them to guide operational and engineering decisions
Reduce operational toil through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and improved system design
Participate in incident response, and blameless post mortems, driving follow-up improvements
Work closely with integration, product, and engineering teams to support customer-facing healthcare integrations going live safely and reliably
Support FinOps practices by improving resource efficiency, capacity planning, and cost visibility across Kubernetes and cloud environments
Improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure fast detection, diagnosis, and recovery of issues
Must-have skills:
Hands-on experience running production systems in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production
Solid understanding of reliability engineering practices (incident response, monitoring, automation, capacity planning)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform or similar)
Monitoring and observability expertise, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent English communication skills (Finnish is a plus)
Bonus points for:
Experience operating and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms in production
Experience improving incident response, postmortems, and operational processes
Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. healthcare) and integrating with external systems and APIs
