As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead new customer implementations and integration projects for our most strategic customers, owning the customer onboarding journey from contract signing to a successful launch. You will navigate complex healthcare environments, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Beyond your own projects, you'll get to shape the way BeeHealthy delivers: sharing customer insights, contributing to playbooks, mentoring fellow project delivery team members, and driving continuous improvement in our delivery approach.
Must have skills:
5+ years of experience in client-facing project management, ideally in a SaaS company, health tech, or technology consulting environment.
Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder technology projects with integration complexity and third-party vendors.
Experience in SaaS delivery models and API-based integrations.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level customer relationships.
Strong knowledge and practical use of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and ability to adjust them based on need.
Track record of driving process improvements and contributing to team-wide delivery capability — beyond individual project ownership.
Strong people skills: self-aware, collaborative, patient, and able to build trust across diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to flex your style across clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
Bonus points for:
Healthcare domain expertise: solid understanding of healthcare business models, clinical workflows, and operational processes; experience in digital health or health tech strongly preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital health (e.g., MDR, GDPR, local health data legislation).
Exposure to pre-sales or solution scoping in a B2B SaaS context.
