At Mehiläinen Rovaniemi, you can register in the following ways:
Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located in the entrance hall on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor in the corridor near the elevator.
Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 1st floor.
Arrival by car and parking: You can park your car at Mehiläinen's own parking lot or use the parking area of the adjacent hypermarket (Minimani), located at Lampelankatu 3. Both parking areas are free of charge.
Accessible parking: There are three accessible parking spaces on the left side of the main entrance. Additionally, there are two family parking spaces located at the parking spots along the side of the building.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: A taxi or an accompanier's car can stop momentarily in front of the medical center's main entrance for drop-offs or pick-ups. However, it is important to consider other traffic to avoid creating hazardous situations.
Arrival by public transport: The nearest bus stop is on Lehtikatu, served by bus number 14.
Arrival by bicycle or by foot: The main entrance is located at Lampelankatu 6. There are bicycle racks at the side of the building facing the highway.
Accessible entrance: The facility's entrance is accessible. There is a ramp and electric doors at the main entrance, which open with buttons. There is one step at the entrance.
Signage: There are clear signs indoors that guide to rooms and services.
Elevator accessibility: The building has one elevator, which is accessible. The elevator is located immediately to the right in the entrance hall.
Accessible restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available on both floors and are clearly marked.
Waiting area seating and lighting: The waiting areas have seats of various heights, and the indoor lighting is sufficient and even without being glaring.
Mobility options: The corridor spaces are somewhat narrow, and two wheelchairs cannot fit side by side. The facility has accessible passage.
Assistive devices: A wheelchair is available for clients, which can be picked up in the entrance foyer.

Suosittelemme asioimaan laboratoriossamme ensisijaisesti ajanvarauksella. Palvelemme lisäksi ilman ajanvarausta saapuvia asiakkaita ja lääkärin vastaanotolta tulevia päivystyspotilaita. Otathan vuoronumeron automaatista. Myös näytepakkausten haku ja palautus tapahtuu vuoronumeroautomaatin kautta laboratorioon. Huomioithan, että ilman ajanvarausta saapuville asiakkaille voi ruuhkatilanteissa esiintyä odotusaikaa – kiitos kärsivällisyydestäsi.

PERJANTAISIN emme ota sieniviljelyjä ja huumausainetesteja sekä oikeusgeneettisiä isyystutkimuksia.
Spirometria-, holter eli EKG pitkäaikaisrekisteröinti- ja yöpolygrafia-ajat ovat varattavissa Mehiläisen verkkoajanvarauksesta. Mikäli et löydä itsellesi sopivaa aikaa, voit soittaa asiakaspalveluun ajan varaamiseksi.
Verenpaineen pitkäaikaikaisrekisteröintitutkimuksen ajanvaraukset tehdään asiakaspalvelusta, puh. 010 414 00.

Vakavat vammat ohjataan suoraan Lapin keskussairaalan yhteispäivystykseen.

Emme kuvaa sydämen, keuhkojen tai rintojen magneetteja.
Magneettitutkimukset lausuu radiologian erikoislääkäri.
Kuvaukseen tarvitaan lääkärin lähete.
Asiakkaan omien CD-levyjen kuuntelu ei ole mahdollista magneettitutkimuksen aikana.
