Mehiläisen potilasyhteyshenkilö antaa potilaalle neuvoja ja tietoa hänen oikeuksistaan ja avustaa tarvittaessa potilasta vahinkoepäilyn, muistutuksen, kantelun tai korvaushakemuksen teossa.

Hyvinvointialueiden potilasasiavastaavat ja sosiaaliasiavastaavat

Vuoden 2024 alusta alkaen kullakin hyvinvointialueella on lisäksi potilasasiavastaava ja sosiaaliasiavastaava, joilla on velvollisuus neuvoa ja tiedottaa potilaan oikeuksista alueellaan. Potilasasiavastaavien ja sosiaaliasiavastaavien yhteystiedot löydät oman hyvinvointialueesi kotisivuilta.

You can find Mehiläinen’s Psychotherapy Services’ Vantaa Tikkurila location at the end of Unikkotie, next to the roundabout. The location is situated in the Tikkuri shopping center property with excellent transport connections.

The entrance to staircase C is located on the roundabout side of the property. Access is through the dedicated C-staircase entrance, not via the shopping center. Taxis can drive directly to the door, making arrival convenient. The reception is easily accessible from street level via stairs or an elevator. The doors open automatically both at street level and at the reception, which is located on the second floor. The ground floor door is always open during reception hours. If the upper door is locked, ring the doorbell on the wall, and the therapist will come to open the door.

Clients can wait for their therapy session to begin in the lobby, and the therapist will call them by name. Please arrive at the reception no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

In the Tikkuri shopping center parking hall, the first hour of parking is free, after which parking is chargeable. On the other side of the roundabout, in front of the hotel, there is also 1-hour disc parking available.

In front of the adjacent Sokos Hotel, there are a few parking spaces with a parking disc. The Tikkuri shopping center has its own parking hall, where the first hour is free of charge.

The location has barrier-free access (in accordance with Kela's requirements), and all rooms are accessible for movement without obstacles.

The location is equipped with an elevator and an accessible toilet (with an emergency button).
