Laser treatments are performed by dermatologist Toni Karppinen.
Occupational nurses and reception's nurses serve by appointment.
To the laboratory you can book an appointment online or by phone. You can also que to the sampling.
Heart ultrasound examinations are done by cardiologists.

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located in the medical center's ground floor, 7th floor, and 8th floor.
Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 7th floor.

Kouvola Mehiläinen is located in the city's tallest office building, at Kauppamiehenkatu 4. The facility can be accessed from both the Kouvola market square side and the parking garage's ground and 1st floors behind the building.
Parking: When arriving by car, you can park in the parking garage behind the building, where parking is free with a parking disc. Entry and exit to the parking garage are from Halkotorinkuja. From the parking garage, you can enter the building from the ground and 1st floors. Additionally, parking on the old market deck is free for 8 hours with a parking disc. Entry and exit to the old market deck are from Kauppamiehenkatu.
Accessible parking: There are four accessible parking spaces in the parking garage behind the building.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and drop-off vehicles can stop briefly in the indentation at Kauppamiehenkatu 4 (in front of Ladylinen).
Arrival by public transport: In front of the building, there is a bus stop where local buses stop. From Kouvola railway station, it is about a 300-meter walk to the facility.
Accessible entrance:The accessible entrance to the facility is located on the parking garage side, on the ground floor (street level). The entrance has automatic doors that open with a door-opening button.
Elevator accessibility:The building has four elevators that are accessible.
Accessible restrooms:There is an accessible restroom on each floor of the facility.
Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and indoors.
Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not glare.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seating of various heights and types (low, high, with and without armrests).
Mobility options: There is enough space to move around with a wheelchair in the premises.
Assistive devices: At Kouvola Mehiläinen, there is a wheelchair available for loan, which can be picked up from the 7th floor near the cashier services.

Näytteenottoon voit varata ajan Mehiläisen verkkoajanvarauksen kautta ajanvaraus.mehilainen.fi tai puhelimitse numerosta 010 414 00. Jos sinulla on verikokeet ja sydänfilmi (EKG), suosittelemme varaamaan tupla-ajan. Klo 14 jälkeen otamme asiakkaita päivystyspyynnöillä ja ajanvarauksella.
Huomioithan, että alle 15-vuotiaat tarvitsevat lääkärin lähetteen tutkimuksia varten. Lapsiasiakkaille suosittelemme varaamaan myös tupla-ajan! Katso vinkit, miten valmistautua lapsen näytteenottoon Mehiläisen www-sivuilta.
Näytteenottoon voi tulla vuoronumerolla lähinnä päivystysluonteisissa asioissa.
Spirometriatutkimukseen, EKG:n pitkäaikaisrekisteröintiin (holter) sekä uniapneatutkimus yöpolygrafiaan aika varataan verkkoajanvarauksen kautta vain niille merkityille ajoille. Kirjoita tutkimuksen nimi hakukenttään.

Saapumisohjeet
Kouvolassa sairaala Mehiläinen sijaitsee ns. Pohjola-talon 8. kerroksessa lääkärikeskus Mehiläisen yhteydessä. Kulku tapahtuu rakennuksen keskiosassa sijaitsevien tilavien hissien tai pääportaikon kautta.
Pysäköinti
Talon takana on maksuttomia parkkipaikkoja kolmessa kerroksessa ilman pysäköintirajoitusta.

Kassapalvelut sijaitsevat 7. kerroksessa.
Huomioithan, että asioidessasi Mehiläisessä tarvitset mukaasi voimassa olevan henkilöllisyystodistuksen (kuvallinen henkilökortti, passi tai ajokortti).
Laskutus tapahtuu heti vastaanoton jälkeen kassalla. Maksutavat ovat pankkikortti, luottokortti ja erämaksu.

Mehiläisen potilasyhteyshenkilö antaa potilaalle neuvoja ja tietoa hänen oikeuksistaan ja avustaa tarvittaessa potilasta vahinkoepäilyn, muistutuksen, kantelun tai korvaushakemuksen teossa.
