Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 3rd floor of the medical center.
OmaMehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier services: Cashier services are located on the 3rd floor of the medical center.
Mehiläinen Kokkola is located in Shopping Centre Chydenia III, at the address Rantakatu 2 B. The main entrance to the clinic is on Rantakatu, to the right of the doors leading to the parking garage. All of Mehiläinen's services are located on the 3rd floor. Sports and Dental Mehiläinen can be accessed on the 3rd floor from both Rantakatu 2 A and 2 B.
Parking: When arriving by car, the nearest parking garage is at Rantakatu 2 B. Signs in the parking garage will guide you to the correct staircase, from where you can take either the elevator or the stairs directly to the 3rd floor, where Mehiläinen is located.

There are a total of 234 customer parking spaces in Chydenia's parking garages.
In Chydenia Carpark 2, there are two charging stations for electric cars. Use the Virta Oy application.
Accessible parking: There are accessible parking spaces in the parking garage.
Arrival by taxi or with an escort: It is possible for a taxi or an escort's car to stop at street level, near the entrance of the Chydenia shopping centre.
Arrival by public transport: Long-distance trains and buses stop within a 200-meter walking distance of the Mehiläinen clinic.
Arrival by bicycle: There are parking spaces for bicycles near the Chydenia shopping centre.
Accessible entrance: The entrance lobby on the 3rd floor of the medical center is accessible by elevator from street level on Rantakatu. There are no stairs at the entrance. The exterior doors are not automatic.
Elevator accessibility: The building has three elevators, all of which are accessible.
Accessible restrooms: The facility has a clearly marked accessible restroom.
Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and inside the premises.
Lightning: The interior has sufficient and even lighting that does not cause glare.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of varying heights and types (low, high, with armrests, and without armrests).
Mobility options: The facility's spaces are mostly accessible, with enough room to move around, for example, with a wheelchair.
