Fysioterapeuttina otan asiakkaan kokonaisvaltaisesti huomioon. Minulla on kokemusta erilaisista manuaalisista terapiatekniikoista sekä aktiivisesta terapeuttisesta harjoittelusta. Olen työskennellyt fysioterapeuttina yli 10 vuotta, pääasiallisesti yksityisellä sektorilla. Asiakkaita minulla on lapsista vanhuksiin mutta pääasiallisesti työikäisiä. Työskentelen pääasiallisesti tuki- ja liikuntaelin vaivojen parissa sekä myös Urheilumehiläisen kautta myös urheilijoiden parissa. Olen myös koulutukseltani myös hieroja sekä Physio trainer. Käytän työssäni aktiivista asiakaslähtöistä fysioterapiaa, joka suunnitellaan yksilöllisesti asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaan. Manuaalisena käsittelynä käytän paljon fasciamanipulaatiota, jonka kautta pyritään luomaan mahdollisuus harjoittelulle. Kaikenlainen liikkuminen on lähellä sydäntäni ja yritän saada välitettyä liikunnan iloa myös asiakkailleni.
PhysioTrainer yhdistää sekä fysioterapian että henkilökohtaisen valmennuksen. Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten asiantuntijana osaan ottaa huomioon valmennuksissa mahdolliset tuki- ja liikuntaelimistön vaivat sekä pyrkii ehkäisemään niitä, muun muassa lihastasapainoa ja liikekontrollia huomioimalla.
