At Mehiläinen Kajaani, you can register in the following ways:
Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located on the 2nd floor, the same floor as the medical center.
Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 2nd floor, the same floor as the medical center.
Mehiläinen Kajaani is located in the center of Kajaani at Kauppakatu 30. The entrance to the facility is through the shopping center door, where you can take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where Mehiläinen Kajaani is located.
Parking: When arriving by car, you can park in the parking garage located under Raatikeskus. The entrance to the parking garage is at Pohjolankatu 29. Parking in the garage is paid and can be done with a payment card or mobile payment (EasyPark, ParkMan). The first two hours are free, after which it costs €1 per 60 minutes. Additionally, there is three hours of free parking in front of Raatikeskus at Pohjolankatu 29.
Accessible parking: Two accessible parking spaces are located at Pohjolankatu 29, very close to the medical center. There is an accessible route from the parking spaces to the facility.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis or drop-off vehicles can stop very close to the shopping center at Pohjolankatu 29, where there is an accessible route to the medical center.
Arrival by public transport: On Pohjolankatu, very close to the shopping center, there are two bus stops, Taidemuseo P and Kirkko E.
Arrival by foot or bicycle: Bicycle parking is located on both sides of the shopping center at Pohjolankatu 29 and Kauppakatu 30.
Accessible entrance: There are two accessible entrances to the facility. From the doors on Pohjolankatu 29, there is an accessible route from the street to the elevator, which takes you to the 2nd floor. On Kauppakatu 30, there is an accessible ramp starting from the Linnakatu side leading to the main entrance, where there is an accessible route to the elevator. The shopping center does not have automatic doors.
Elevator accessibility: The building has one elevator with accessible access.
Accessible restrooms: There is one accessible restroom in the medical center, located immediately in the lobby upon entering. The accessible restroom is clearly marked.
Signage: There are clear signs in the facility.
Lighting: There is sufficient and even lighting in the facility that does not glare.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of various heights and types, including with and without armrests.
Mobility options: There is enough space to move around with assistive devices, such as a wheelchair.
Assistive devices: A wheelchair is available for customer use in the lobby.

Laboratoriomme palvelee ajanvarauksella. Päivystysasiakkaat, suoraan vastaanotolta tulevat ja ilman ajanvarausta tulevat asiakkaat palvellaan mahdollisimman pian ajanvarauslistan tilanteen mukaan.

Kajaanin kuvantamisessa tehdään natiivi-, mammografiatutkimuksia ja ultraäänitutkimuksia.
Kuvantamisen (sekä röntgen- että ultraäänitutkimukset ) tutkimuksiin tarvitaan aina lääkärin lähete.

Magneettitutkimukset tehdään mobiiliyksikössämme (mobiilirekka) , joka on lähellä Raatikeskusta, taidemuseon vieressä, Pohjolankatu 31 kohdalla torstaisin.

Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

Lääkärit uusivat itse kirjoittamiensa lääkkeiden reseptejä. Lääkärit eivät uusi kuuriluonteisia lääkityksiä, kuten esim. antibioottikuureja.
Reseptin uusimispyynnön voi soittaa asiakaspalvelukeskukseen 010 414 00.
Reseptin uusimispalkkiosta lähtee asiakkaalle lasku automaattilaskutuksen kautta.
Työterveysasiakkaat voivat pyytää reseptien uusinnan asiakaspalvelukeskuksen kautta puh. 010 414 0666 tai Omamehiläinen sovelluksen kautta.
