Go to the laboratory and state which health examination you are there for. Fasting is not required. Please also note that laboratory tests must be done at least 5 days before the health examination. In addition to a blood sample, an ECG examination will be taken at the laboratory, which takes approximately 10–20 minutes.
Come for the health examination. A cardiologist, i.e., a specialist in heart diseases, will go through your situation, symptoms, and examination results. You will receive instructions on maintaining your heart health, and if necessary, a personal follow-up plan will be created for you. In total, it is good to reserve about an hour for the examination and the doctor's appointment. The health examination is paid in full after the visit. The tests do not require fasting.
If necessary, the cardiologist can refer you for a cardiac computed tomography to clarify the condition of the coronary arteries. The examination is not included in the price of the health check-up, but with a cardiologist's referral, you can get it for 20% cheaper at a price of €850.
