The long-term cooperation between Cramo and Mehiläinen is built on trust

Cramo is a full-service construction equipment rental company offering a wide range of machines from earthmoving to drilling and other services, such as electrification, moisture surveys and various digital solutions.

The health care cooperation between Cramo and Mehiläinen goes back nearly 50 years. Over the past fifteen years, the cooperation has developed into comprehensive management of work ability.

To prevent musculoskeletal disorders, the parties introduced a two-stage health examination model, in which employees are referred directly to an appointment with an occupational physiotherapist, if necessary. The parties are also committed to supporting mental health with solutions such as the "Mieli Kuntoon" (mental well-being) model that offers support and counselling.

Long-term cooperation with Mehiläinen is based on trust and continuous development. The coordinating occupational health team knows the special characteristics of Cramo's work and can offer targeted support. During the COVID pandemic, Mehiläinen demonstrated flexibility and a quick response time, which further strengthened the importance of the cooperation.
