Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the first floor of the facility.
Mehiläinen Vaasa Runsor is located in Runsor, on the first floor of the Futura III building.
Parking: When arriving by car, you can park in the spaces next to the building. Parking is free for 2 hours with a parking disc.
Accessible parking: There is one accessible parking space next to the building.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and accompanier's cars can stop near the facility's entrance.
Arrival by public transport: A public bus stops about 450 meters from Mehiläinen's facility.
Accessible entrance: The building has an accessible entrance equipped with a ramp and slope. The building's doors are not automatic.
Accessible restrooms: The facility has one accessible restroom.
Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and inside the premises.
Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not glare.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have chairs of various heights and types.
Mobility options: The premises are spacious enough for wheelchair movement.
Assistive devices: There are no assistive devices available for loan at the facility.

Sokerirasitukset on varattava ennen klo 9.00.
Provtagningen endast genom tidsbokning. Vi kan tyvärr inte ta emot t.ex. urinprovsburkar, utan de måste föras direkt till Vasaesplanaden.

Mehiläisen potilasyhteyshenkilö antaa potilaalle neuvoja ja tietoa hänen oikeuksistaan ja avustaa tarvittaessa potilasta vahinkoepäilyn, muistutuksen, kantelun tai korvaushakemuksen teossa.
Toimipisteen potilasyhteyshenkilötoiminnasta vastaa Mehiläisen keskitetty potilasyhteyshenkilötiimi.

Hyvinvointialueiden potilasasiavastaavat ja sosiaaliasiavastaavat
Vuoden 2024 alusta alkaen kullakin hyvinvointialueella on lisäksi potilasasiavastaava ja sosiaaliasiavastaava, joilla on velvollisuus neuvoa ja tiedottaa potilaan oikeuksista alueellaan. Potilasasiavastaavien ja sosiaaliasiavastaavien yhteystiedot löydät oman hyvinvointialueesi kotisivuilta.
