Laboratoriomme palvelee ajanvarauksella. Päivystysasiakkaat ja suoraan vastaanotolta tulevat asiakkaat palvellaan mahdollisimman pian ajanvarauslistan tilanteen mukaan.

Toimipisteessä ei ole omaa röntgeniä. Asiakkaat voivat käydä natiiviröntgentutkimuksissa joko Kainuun hyvinvointialueen röntgenissä ( johon lääkäri ohjaa lähetteen ) tai Mehiläinen Kajaanin lääkärikeskuksessa.

Ultraäänitutkimukset tehdään Sotkamon Mehiläisessä kerran kuukaudessa. Ajan tutkimuksiin voi varata www.mehilainen.fi, OmaMehiläinen -sovelluksella tai soittamalla ajanvarausnumeroon 010 414 00 (local network rate/mobile charge)( 24/7) . Ultraäänitutkimukseen tarvitaan aina lääkärin lähete.

Kaikkiin kuvantamisen tutkimuksiin tarvitaan aina lääkärinlähete.

• OmaMehiläinen-palvelu on nopein ja vaivattomin keino tarkistaa omat potilastiedot, tutkimustiedot ja tutkimuskuvat. Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat. At Mehiläinen Sotkamo, you can register in the following ways:

Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Mehiläinen Sotkamo is located in the premises of the Sotkamo health station at Keskuskatu 11. The entrance to the Mehiläinen unit is from the end of the health station, where you can go up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Parking: When arriving by car, you can park in front of the unit at the parking area located at Keskuskatu 11. Parking is free for two hours with a parking disc.

Accessible parking: There are accessible parking spaces available in the parking area in front of the unit.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and accompanier's cars can stop momentarily directly in front of the unit's entrance. The accessible entrance to the unit is through the maternity clinic's external door.

Arrival by foot or bicycle: It is easy to reach the unit on foot or by bicycle. Bicycles can be left in front of the unit.

Accessible entrance: Access to Mehiläinen's facilities is accessible through the maternity clinic's door, where you can reach the elevator and Mehiläinen's facilities without any barriers. The unit is located on the 2nd floor.

Door accessibility: When the unit is open, both the external and internal doors open automatically.

Elevator accessibility: The building has one accessible elevator, located on the maternity clinic side.

Accessible restrooms: On the unit's 2nd floor, there is a customer restroom equipped for the disabled.

Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and inside that guide to Mehiläinen's facilities.

Lighting: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not cause glare.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of various heights and types, including low, high, with and without armrests.

Mobility options: The spaces in the unit are spacious enough to move around in a wheelchair.

Assistive devices: There are no assistive devices available for loan at Mehiläinen Sotkamo, such as wheelchairs.
