Small surgical procedures and day surgery (i.e. tonsil operations, men's sterilizations) are done in the reception's procedure unit, and the unit is also equipped with a gastrointestinal tract endoscopy apparatus. The care of the unit's asthma and allergy patients in continuously developed to respond to the latest information.
Occupational health services offer multidisciplinary expert services, which include the prophylactic care of illnesses, risk assessment, the assessment of working ability and rehabilitating measures and participation in the company's work community. There is also comprehensive travel and vaccination services available from the occupational nurses.

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosks located in the HammasMehiläinen dental clinic on the 2nd floor and on the occupational health and medical center side on the 3rd floor.
Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.
Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 3rd floor.
Mehiläinen Salo is located on the 3rd floor of the Plaza shopping center.
Parking: When arriving by car, you can park in the Plaza shopping center's parking garage, where parking is free for 4 hours. Entry and exit to the parking garage are from Annankatu, Mariankatu, and Asemakatu. From the parking garage, you can take the elevator directly to Mehiläinen.
Accessible parking: In the Plaza shopping center's parking garage, there are accessible parking spaces on each floor.
Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and drop-off vehicles can stop at Mariankatu when arriving at the parking garage or alternatively drive directly to the rooftop terrace, which provides easy access inside.
Arrival by public transport: Salo train station is located across Mariankatu, about 200 meters from Mehiläinen's facility. Salo bus station is located on Vilhonkatu, about 300 meters from the facility.
Arrival by bicycle or by foot: It is easiest to arrive by bicycle from Mariankatu and on foot from Vilhonkatu. There are bicycle racks near the shopping center.
Accessible entrance: All entrances to Mehiläinen are accessible. The doors to the medical center are automatic, while the door to occupational health services is manually operated.
Elevator accessibility: The building has four accessible elevators.
Accessible restrooms: There is an accessible restroom on each floor of the shopping center, and they are clearly marked.
Signage: There are clear signs at Mehiläinen's entrance and indoors.
Lightning: Indoors, there is sufficient and even lighting that does not cause glare.
Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of various heights and types, including low, high, with and without armrests.
Mobility options: There is ample space to move around, for example, with a wheelchair, within the facility's premises.
Assistive devices: There is a wheelchair available for loan at the medical center, which can be picked up next to the door on the 3rd floor.

Ajanvaraus
Mehiläisen verkkoajanvarauksen www.mehilainen.fi kautta tai puhelimitse laboratoriosta 010 414 5960. Laboratorion aukioloaikana näytteenottoon pääsee myös ilman ajanvarausta, mutta suosittelemme kuitenkin varaamaan ajan. Verikokeet + EKG suosittelemme varaamaan 2x10 min ajan.
PAPA -näytteisiin ajanvaraus vain soittamalla laboratorioon.
Kaikkiin kliinisen fysiologian ja neurofysiologian tutkimuksiin sekä Prick -testeihin vaaditaan ajanvaraus.

Toimipisteessämme työskentelee 11 terveydenhuollon ammattilaista (fysioterapeutteja, yksi urheiluhieroja,yksi jalkaterapeutti). Olemme suurin yksityinen fysioterapiayksikkö Salossa, jossa monipuolisimmat fysioterapia- ja hierontapalvelut. Vahvuutemme on kokenut ja erittäin monipuolisesti kouluttautunut, iloinen, innokas sekä motivoitunut henkilökunta, joilla on viimeaikaisin tietotaito fysioterapian eri osa-alueilta.
Olemme erikoistuneet tuki- ja liikuntaongelmien hoitoon, kivun hoitoon sekä neurologiseen fysioterapiaan.

Mehiläisen potilasyhteyshenkilö antaa potilaalle neuvoja ja tietoa hänen oikeuksistaan ja avustaa tarvittaessa potilasta vahinkoepäilyn, muistutuksen, kantelun tai korvaushakemuksen teossa.
