Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

Itseilmoittautumisautomaatti löytyy heti Mehiläisen sisääntulo-oven vierestä (2. krs) oikealta puolelta.

Reseptin kirjoittanut lääkäri voi uusia reseptin, mikäli kyseessä jatkuva lääkitys (mm. kolesteroli, verenpaine). Rauhoittavia lääkkeitä ja unilääkkeitä ei uusita ilman vastaanottokäyntiä tai puhelinkontaktia.

Reseptin voi tuoda toimipisteeseen uusittavaksi tai lääkärille voi jättää soittopyynnön reseptin uusinnasta. Lääkäri saattaa harkintansa mukaan veloittaa reseptin uusinnasta. Resepti voidaan luvata kahden päivän sisällä, ei koskaan samana päivänä.

Kassapalvelut sijaitsevat 2. kerroksessa sisääntuloaulassa.

Laskua maksaessa tulee näyttää Kela-kortti, jotta voimme antaa Kela-korvauksen käynnin yhteydessä.

Laskutus tapahtuu heti vastaanoton jälkeen kassalla. Maksutavat ovat pankkikortti, luottokortti ja erämaksu.

At Mehiläinen Riihimäki, you can register in the following ways:

Self-registration kiosks: You can use the self-registration kiosk located on the 2nd floor of the medical center, immediately to the right of the entrance.

Omamehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Cashier Services: Cashier services are located on the 2nd floor.

Parking: Adjacent to the building is a parking garage (Southern Station Street 2) that offers free parking for 2 or 4 hours with a parking disc. The parking garage is on the same floor as the medical center. Additionally, there is an option to park at the large Prisma parking lot across the street.

Accessible parking: There are two accessible parking spaces on the second floor of the parking garage next to the exterior doors.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: A taxi or an accompanier's car can stop near the medical center. The parking garage is on the same floor as the medical center.

Arrival by public transport: The medical center is located about 200 meters from the train station and bus stop.

Arrival by bicycle or by foot: The main entrance of the medical center on the ground floor opens onto Southern Station Street. Access is possible via elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Bicycles can be left in a lockable bike rack next to the exterior door.

Accessible entrance: The building has an accessible entrance from street level and from the parking garage. The doors are automatic only at street level.

Door accessibility: There are no automatic doors at the entrance.

Signage: There are signs at the entrances and near the elevator.

Elevator accessibility: The building has two accessible elevators.

Accessible restrooms: There is an accessible restroom in the facility that is clearly marked.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have seats of various heights and types, including a raised chair.

Lighting: The indoor lighting is sufficient and even, without being glaring.

Mobility options: There is ample space to move around with a wheelchair in the facility.

Assistive devices: A wheelchair is available for loan at the medical center, which can be picked up at the reception.
