Who is a personal assistant for?
- Personal assistance services are intended for all customer groups.
- Personal assistance is support granted by services for the disabled. Services produced with a service voucher and payment commitment granted by services for the disabled are always free of charge for the customer.
- For private customers, we provide services according to the price list. You can also purchase additional services from us.
- Privately purchased services are eligible for a household deduction and can also be purchased VAT-free.

Where can a personal assistant be of help?
A personal assistant supports daily life and independent living at home and outside the home, for example, in studying, working, or with clothing and food management. Support is also available for exercising, home care, or for example, meeting friends.
Although personal assistance is generally not nursing or care work, a personal assistant can, if necessary, also take care of small self-care tasks, such as personal hygiene.
Assistance is always planned according to individual needs, and the service assessment begins with a free assessment visit.
How to get a personal assistant
During the assessment, we will jointly review your individual need for assistance, your wishes regarding the timing, and the personal assistant. Prices for a personal assistant:
- Weekdays 30,90 €/hour
- Saturdays 38,60 €/hour
- Sundays and public holidays 61,80 €/hour.

Evening and night supplements: Possible evening and night supplements according to the collective agreement are added to the prices from 6 pm onwards. The minimum order is 2 hours.
