I am an occupational health psychologist, a sex counselor, and a future sex therapist (graduating in 10/2026). I offer appointments at the Itäkeskus clinic, both in person and remotely.
In my practice, you can discuss topics such as occupational well-being, stress, burnout, recovery, and issues related to workplace interactions and workload. I also support clients insituations involving challenges and crises in private life, as well as concerns related to mood, coping, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, body image, self-criticism, perfectionism, shame, chronic pain, and long-term health conditions. I also have experience supporting recovery and return to work following neurological illnesses and challenges. In addition, I have specialized expertise in sexuality, gender identity, relationships, and attachment-related issues.
I conduct initial assessments in accordance with Mehiläinen’s ADHD process, as well as other evaluations and assessments related to work ability and coping. I also enjoy working with themes related to leadership and workplace culture, and I offer lectures, training sessions, workshops, and various interventions.
My background includes experience in specialized healthcare, student welfare services, and short therapy.
My approach is warm, empathetic, calm, and active. I give you space for reflection while also participating in the conversation, offering perspectives, and, when needed, gently challenging you so you can gain the most from our work together. I help you find meaningful insights and practical tools that support your well-being, deepen yourself-understanding, and guide you toward the changes you wish to make.
