Introduction

As an occupational health psychologist, I help individuals and organizations with a variety of issues related to coping, well-being at work, changes and work ability. I meet people when they are concerned about their own life situation, coping at work or health. I support them in crises and losses in life and working life. I want to help my clients of different ages, at different stages of their careers and in different roles find sustainable ways of acting in working life.

In my approach, I am resource- and solution-focused, active and present. In my reception, values, thoughts and emotions are often analyzed, as well as how they manifest themselves as actions in different areas of life and how to move towards a good life and working life. I am a specialist psychologist in work and organizational psychology, and a work supervisor, as well as a cognitive and trauma-focused brief therapist. I do not conduct ADHD tests, memory tests or occupational health brief psychotherapy.

In addition to individual work, I help organizations, work communities, teams and superiors, for example in transformations and the development of well-being at work. I use my extensive experience in business as an organizational psychologist and work supervisor. I also hold a Master of Business Administration degree and have worked in management, development and consulting positions in various industries.

I also serve my clients remotely.

Please note:

Please only come to the reception in good health. If necessary, the appointment can be changed to a remote appointment, please contact us to make an appointment.

You need a referral from either your own occupational health nurse or an occupational health doctor for the reception, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that a possible appointment cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the reserved time. Appointments that have not been cancelled or that have been cancelled too late will be invoiced in full to the individual customer, including occupational health care customers.

The score is the average of the specialist's ratings in Mehiläinen's Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. In the survey, the customer is asked to rate the likelihood that they would recommend the specialist to a friend or colleague on a scale of 0–10 (10 = very likely).
