-Alkuraskauden ultraäänitutkimukset raskausviikon 6+0 jälkeen (mielellään raskausviikon 7+0 jälkeen).
-En tee yleiseen seulontaan kuuluvia, raskauden ajan ultraäänitutkimuksia (niskapoimu ja rakenne UÄ). Muita uä-tutkimuksia teen.
-Toimenpiteisiin (koepala, patin poisto, ehkäisykapselin poisto yms.) kannattaa varata tupla-aika.
- 20-30 min vo-aika riittää jos kyseessä on:
- kierukan asetus/poisto
- kohdun limakalvon näyte
- ehkäisykapselin laitto
- PAPA-näyte
-Kierukan laitto (hormoni- tai kupari-) mielellään alkukierrossa (heti kuukautisten loputtua).
-Synnytyksen jälkeen kierukan ja ehkäisykapselin laittaminen aikaisintaan 6 viikon kuluttua synnytyksestä.
-Teen myös todistuksia (lausunto raskauden keskeytyksestä tai lausunto sterilisaatiota varten).
-Ennen leikkausta arvioidaan tilanne vastaanotolla.
