Mehiläinen has its own central laboratory in Helsinki in connection with the Töölö clinic. Chemistry, haematology and immunochemistry assays are performed at the central laboratory. In addition to Helsinki, chemical analysis is also carried out in Turku, Oulu, Kuopio, Jyväskylä and Vaasa.
