I have diverse practical experience and expertise in personnel development, leading people’s well-being, and supervisory work – both at the grassroots level and from a strategic perspective. What I find most interesting in the work of an occupational health psychologist is its versatility and the application of psychology in different situations to support people’s well-being.
I work from the framework of positive psychology, utilizing people’s natural strengths and resources. I am an expert in managing workplace well-being, a certified Workplace Big5 trainer, a facilitator of 360 feedback, an executive coach, and a workplace mediator. I enjoy working with individuals, HR, management, supervisors, and work communities.
The most important things are listening to the client, good collaboration, and jointly making sense of the situation. From this basis, we can together find new perspectives and development steps of the right size, and thus create real added value for the client’s needs.
