I am a cognitive psychotherapist for adults and have also worked extensively with issues concerning families with children. My previous work history includes positions such as a health center and maternity clinic psychologist, as well as work in family counseling. You can book an appointment with me if you are experiencing, for example, symptoms of depression or anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, a stressful life situation, or if you need support with pregnancy or parenthood. I also offer short-term relationship counseling.
As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I am active and empathetic, and I aim to create a safe atmosphere where it is possible to discuss even the most difficult matters. My approach is to collaboratively explore and practice to find new ways of thinking and acting, thereby increasing well-being. Sometimes, it may first be necessary to unload accumulated stress and consider ways to reduce the burden in the future. Goals are set at the beginning of the psychotherapy period. In my work, I utilize schema and mode therapy concepts as well as a compassion-focused approach.
