I am a sports physiotherapist and performance coach. My specialties are lower back, pelvis, knee, shin, and ankle musculoskeletal disorders, overuse injuries, and guiding people back to high-level performance and sports.
The most common challenges my clients face are lower back pain during exercise, ankle sprains, various overuse injuries, tendon pain, and recovery difficulties related to physical activity. I make sure that during rehabilitation you are able to train with quality and return safely to pursuing your goals.
I hold a degree in Physiotherapy (BSc), am a solution-focused coach, and a Master of Sport and Exercise Science from the Technical University of Munich. I provide strength and endurance coaching for ambitious trainees who want to train purposefully and recover better. I also work as a physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach for Turun Palloseura. I have experience in running, powerlifting, CrossFit, weightlifting, ice hockey, and yoga.
As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise into play to help you in the best possible way to achieve your goals in physiotherapy - whether that’s a life with less pain, improved performance after an injury, or recovery from overtraining. I continuously educate myself so that I can provide physiotherapy based on the latest scientific evidence, tailored to your needs and goals.
In my free time, I enjoy combining endurance and strength training, occasional skateboarding, and making sourdough bread and pasta from scratch.
