Mahdolliselle lähivastaanotolle asiakkaita suositellaan tulemaan enintään 5 minuuttia ennen varatun ajan alkua, jotta ammattilainen pääsee avaamaan oven.
Peruthan ajan viimeistään edellisenä päivänä ennen sovittua ajankohtaa. Terapiapalveluihin liittyen aika on peruttava 48 tuntia ennen sovittua tapaamista. Ammattilainen varaa oikeuden laskuttaa myöhemmin perutuista tai kokonaan peruuttamattomista palveluista.
