Welcome to the reception!
I am an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist (MSc Psychology) and hold an MBA from Henley Business School, UK. I work as an occupational health psychologist supporting employees in work-related stress, workplace interaction challenges, and work ability issues.
I have more than 30 years of experience in working life, including senior roles in human resources leadership and organizational development. Before moving into occupational health psychology, I worked as an HR Director and member of executive management teams in international organizations.
This background gives me a practical understanding of how organizations function and how leadership, work structures, and organizational change influence employees’ well-being and work ability.
In my work I combine an individual psychological perspective with a strong understanding of working life and organizational environments. Work-related challenges are therefore often explored both from the individual perspective and in the broader context of work, leadership, and workplace dynamics.
My aim is to help clarify complex situations and support employees in finding practical ways to strengthen work ability, well-being, and sustainable working life.
