While English is not my native language, I am able to provide therapy in English. I am a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapist who emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship in facilitating change. I create a safe and confidential space where we can work together to understand your experiences and challenges. I provide both long-term and short-term therapy for adults. My background includes work in mental health, substance abuse, and neurological rehabilitation, and I am currently training as a sexual therapist (2026–2027).
In therapy, I focus on working in the present moment while understanding how past experiences influence our current relationships and way of being. Through dialogue and working at your own pace, while paying attention to both emotional and bodily experiences, we can understand how difficult past experiences may manifest as depression, anxiety, fears, relationship problems and other difficulties. Together we can work to integrate these experiences into your life story and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I currently have availability for short-term psychotherapy (10–30 sessions), which can be arranged through occupational health services, insurance, or privately. In psychodynamic short-term therapy, we often focus on emotions and everyday interactions, exploring how they relate to your current difficulties. Working methods are chosen according to your situation and needs. Improved self-understanding can bring relief and lead to meaningful change, even within a short timeframe.
I also have availability for Kela-supported rehabilitative psychotherapy (kuntoutuspsykoterapia), which can take place once or twice a week.
Welcome!
