My skills include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, physiotherapy for masticatory system, pelvic floor physiotherapy and womens ja male health. My special areas of professional expertise are pelvic floor dysfunctions, regardless of gender, starting around school age, such as e.g. bladder and bowel dysfunction, gynecological prolapses, pelvic floor pain (e.g. vulvodynia, intercourse pain, erection pain, acute and chronic pelvic floor pain conditions, Peyron's disease, PGAD, endometriosis, pain after surgery, etc.), maternity physiotherapy (abdominal muscle rupture, episiotomy and c-section scars, joint pain, pregnancy and postpartum pain, etc.) and facial and head pains (biting pains and disorders, migraines, tension headaches, etc.). I am also a PhysioPilates instructor and combine pilates training with physiotherapeutic training.
I use imaging ultrasound, which can be used to e.g. examine in real time and practice, for example, muscle function in pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti or various musculoskeletal disorders.
