I have extensive 25 year experience in workability and well-being. Since 2000, I have worked in vocational rehabilitation, and since 2009, as an Occupational Health Psychologist. My experience also includes working in psychotherapy since 2003, counseling since 2011, reconciliation since 2014, and community reconciliation since 2021. In 2024, I started offering managerial and work community coaching services. My focus is on supporting the work well-being of individual employees, work communities, and organizations. While work well-being is a broad area, I am particularly focused on addressing concerns related to various career stages, finding suitable personal work styles, offering support in harassment situations, working with anxiety regulation techniques, and promoting neurodiversity in the workplace. I enjoy fostering a positive work spirit and collaboration in work communities, as well as supporting and developing leadership abilities.
