I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and I am happy to help clients of all ages with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems.
My areas of special expertise include: Upper limb problems (shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand), dysfunctions of the neck-shoulder area, thoracic spine, and rib cage, challenges related to breathing mechanics, cervicogenic headache and dizziness, external masticatory muscle problems, lumbar spine issues, ankle and foot problems, post-fracture conditions and post-operative rehabilitation of the wrist, hand, and finger areas.
In my work, I utilize a diverse range of soft tissue and joint mobilization, fascia treatment, Kinesio taping, and therapeutic exercise as part of individually planned rehabilitation. My goal is always to find the most suitable treatment methods for you.
I have a strong sports background in figure skating (Finnish Championship level in single skating), and I have also worked as a trained coach and evaluator in the sport. I am also a member of Urheilu Mehiläinen's expert team.
I work with a biopsychosocial approach, which means I always comprehensively consider physical, psychological, and social factors as part of your rehabilitation. I meet each client individually and plan physiotherapy by listening to your goals and needs.
My goal is to offer high-quality, effective, and client-oriented physiotherapy that supports your functional capacity and well-being.
Warmly welcome to my practice!
