You are welcome to book an appointment with me if you are experiencing, for example, work-related stress, excessive workload, symptoms of burnout, anxiety, life crises, major life changes, or challenges in relationships. Creating a calm and confidential space is important to me. Together, we can explore and make sense of your situation and identify ways to support your wellbeing in both everyday life and at work.
My approach is based on a systemic perspective: I view an individual’s situation as part of their wider context, including their work community, relationships, and life circumstances. I am currently further developing my expertise through training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families. In my work, I often focus on themes related to emotions, interaction, and regulating stress and psychological load. I also have experience working with families, which deepens my understanding of how different life roles interact and affect wellbeing. I am also a certified TRE-provider and am able to guide you in TRE-stress-leasing exercices.
In addition, I have 15 years of professional experience in demanding expert and leadership roles in the investment industry. This broad work-life experience across different roles and responsibilities helps me relate to my clients’ work-related pressures, leadership challenges, and questions concerning work–life balance.
Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and genuinely attentive. My goal is that you leave our appointment with greater clarity and a sense of hope – along with concrete insights and practical tools to support you.
