I am a solution-focused and psychophysical psychotherapist and social psychologist, Master of Social Sciences. Welcome to my practice with your current situation, whether for occupational health short-term psychotherapy, Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy, a single consultation session, self-funded psychotherapy, or psychotherapy paid for by an insurance company. I support you in living a life that reflects your true self and is meaningful, and in finding ways to enhance your well-being. Even in the most challenging situations, there is hope and ways to alleviate the situation and move forward.
I approach my clients as mental, bodily, and social wholes. In my practice, we explore and learn to observe and regulate underlying emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns, and create more functional ones in their place. Paying attention to embodiment, the nervous system, and breathing in therapy provides concrete help, for example, in recognizing and regulating nervous system arousal states and emotional regulation. I work with customers with various life challengies, such as anxiety, depression, difficulties in social relationships, work-related stress, parenthood, emotional regulation, addictions, OCD, neurodivergence and more.
In addition to psychotherapy, I have worked for nearly 20 years supporting change processes for young people and adults of various ages with different life challenges in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. My work has broadly involved mental health disorders and addiction diseases, promoting working life and work ability, and supporting studies and life management. I have also worked in training, group facilitation, development work, team coaching, and supervision. I am currently studying to become an integrative and solution-focused supervisor.
As a psychotherapist, I am active and compassionate. At the core of my work are hope, safety, goal-oriented work, and interaction based on trust.
Welcome to my practice!
