The specialist's score given by customers is not available as the score is only displayed after more than 25 responses have been received over a period of two years. The score is updated once a month.
The score is the average of the specialist's ratings in Mehiläinen's Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. In the survey, the customer is asked to rate the likelihood that they would recommend the specialist to a friend or colleague on a scale of 0–10 (10 = very likely).
