Warmly welcome to the occupational health psychologist reception!
I am a licensed psychologist and also physiotherapist, Master of Health Sciences and trained teacher. I am currently completing further training as an individual psychotherapist for adults in the cognitive-integrative psychotherapy training program at the University of Helsinki.
As an occupational health psychologist, I work with individual clients on a wide range of topics, including:
- Coping at work, burnout and fatigue symptoms (including physical symptoms)
- Stress regulation, energy management, and recovery
- Sudden life crises and major transitions
- Identifying work methods that support your well-being and strengthening motivation
- Perfectionism, high self-demands, overachievement, and self-criticism
- Various forms of anxiety, low mood, and depressive symptoms
- Psychological aspects of behavior change (e.g., lifestyle changes)
- Group dynamics, communication patterns, and relationship difficulties
- Emotional processing and regulation
As a psychologist, I am warm, open-minded, actively present, and kind. With me, you can safely explore and make sense of your experiences. I always begin by carefully assessing your current situation, after which I tailor the working methods to suit your individual needs, preferences, and goals. I have deep respect for each client exactly as they are, and I strive to create a collaborative process grounded in clarity, mutual trust, and a supportive relationship.
You are warmly welcome to my practice.
