I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) psychotherapist and psychologist. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to individual work, I have met with many couples and families. I have specialized particularly in the treatment of various psychological disorders, pregnancy psychology, and early parenthood issues. Themes related to experiences of grief and loss are close to my heart. I see adolescents aged 13-17 and adults over 18.
In the therapeutic relationship, it is most important to me that you feel seen and heard as your authentic self. In my therapeutic work, I emphasize a safe and respectful atmosphere, which makes it possible to explore difficult experiences together. During therapy, we can together pause to reflect on your unique life story and seek new ways of relating to and acting upon issues you perceive as problematic. My working approach is active, but you will also receive the space you need. When necessary, alongside discussion, I use methods that support the therapeutic process or self-expression, such as images. As a therapist, I am warm and sensitive.
You can book an appointment for a single session, short-term psychotherapy, or longer-term individual psychotherapy. I also provide parental guidance for parents of children of various ages. For inquiries regarding Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy, please send them via the contact form.
Welcome to my practice!
