Integration Specialist for BeeHealthy, Finland / Germany

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for integration-related questions during customer implementation and integration projects, working alongside the Customer Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Managers.
• Collaborate with and support integration partners on requirement specification, discovery, development scoping, and testing of customer integrations.
• Resolve issues and configure simple integrations independently using existing platform tooling, escalating more complex development needs to engineering.
• Translate customer integration test findings and recurring technical questions into clear, actionable items for Product and Engineering.
• Work closely with Tech & Product to influence and improve scalable integration capabilities based on patterns and pain points seen across customer projects.
• Ensure integration requirements and data comply with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, interoperability standards), flagging compliance risks during scoping and configuration.

What you bring

• 3–5+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role involving complex integrations — health tech, software integration, or technical consulting environments preferred.
• Ability to independently configure simple integrations within existing platform tooling, including reading and editing structured configuration against documented conventions, with working Git literacy.
• Confident SQL for inspecting data and diagnosing issues via logs in our observability tooling, plus basic relational data-model literacy to interpret existing schemas.
• Genuine enjoyment of direct, ongoing customer and partner contact and continuous problem-solving.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer integration requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering and partners.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to switch comfortably between customer technical stakeholders, delivery colleagues, and internal engineering/product teams.

Bonus points

• Practical, hands-on knowledge of EMR systems and integration platforms.
• Understanding of HL7/FHIR-based integration design, configuration, and testing.
• Understanding of, or interest in, healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to integration and data sharing (e.g. GDPR, local health data legislation).
