Laskutus tapahtuu heti vastaanoton jälkeen kassalla. Maksutavat ovat lasku (ei laskutuslisää) sekä ePassi Hyvinvointi. Kassalla tulee näyttää Kela-kortti, jotta voimme antaa Kela-korvauksen käynnin yhteydessä.

Saat halutessasi Mehiläisen lääkäri- ja diagnostiikkapalveluiden potilastiedot itsellesi myös paperisena. Potilastietoina voidaan toimittaa esimerkiksi lääkärikäyntien potilaskertomukset ja Mehiläisessä otetut tutkimuskuvat, kuten röntgenkuvat.

At Mehiläinen Kokkola Torikatu, you can register in the following ways:

OmaMehiläinen app: Through the mobile app, you can conveniently register anywhere before your appointment. However, we recommend registering near the reception room to avoid being called before your arrival. The app allows you to check the exact details of your appointment, including the room number and floor.

Arrival by car: The medical center is located at Torikatu 21–23. You can drive to the front of the location from both Kaarlelankatu and Kokkola Market Square.

Parking: The nearest parking area is at Hakatori Sale on Kaarlelankatu, about a 50-meter walk away. Parking is free, but a parking disc must be used. Additionally, you can park in front of the location for up to two hours.

Arrival by taxi or drop-off: Taxis and accompanier vehicles can stop very close to the entrance of the location.

Arrival by public transport: The nearest bus stops to the location are at the market square and on Kaarlelankatu.

Accessible entrance: The main entrance of the location is at street level and accessible. There are no stairs or thresholds at the entrance.

Accessible restrooms: The medical center has accessible restrooms, which are clearly marked.

Signage: There are clear signs at the entrance and inside the premises.

Lightning: The interior has sufficient and even lighting that does not cause glare.

Waiting area seating: The waiting areas have only regular chairs.

Mobility options: There is ample space for moving with aids, such as wheelchairs.

Assistive devices: The location does not have loanable assistive devices, such as wheelchairs.
