Olen psykologi ja integatiivinen psykoterapeutti. Minulla on pitkä kokemus asiakastyöstä mm. kuntoutuksen alalta, työterveyshuollossa sekä perusterveydenhuollossa.
Työssä jaksaminen ja uupumus, erilaiset ahdistuneisuus- ja mielialahäiriöt, elämän kriisit ja traumakokemukset sekä erilaiset tunteiden säätelyyn liittyvät pulmat ovat olleet työssäni keskeisiä teemoja. Asiakastyössä minulle tärkeää on asiakkaan kokemuksen hahmottaminen ja tutkiminen yhdessä. Työskentelytapani on aktiivinen ja myötäelävä. Toimiva yhteistyösuhde on tärkeä osa terapiaa.
Voit varata ajan vastaanotolleni lyhytpsykoterapiaan joko työterveyden kautta tai itsemaksavana. Voimme yhdessä arvioida tavoitteitasi ja suunnitella sinulle sopivan käyntijakson. Minulla on Kela-oikeudet ja teen myös pitkiä Kelan tukemia psykoterapioita.

Booking instructions
Mahdolliselle lähivastaanotolle asiakkaita suositellaan tulemaan enintään 5 minuuttia ennen varatun ajan alkua, jotta ammattilainen pääsee avaamaan oven.
Peruutukset: Aika on peruttava 48 tuntia ennen sovittua tapaamista. Ammattilainen varaa oikeuden laskuttaa myöhemmin perutuista tai kokonaan peruuttamattomista palveluista.
