As a subsidiary of Mehiläinen, the leading private healthcare company in Finland, BeeHealthy draws on 110+ years of experience in healthcare and 20+ years of experience in developing digital services and software inhouse. BeeHealthy has just started its journey and is in a strong growth mode. We share over 50 developers with Mehiläinen and build on a modern tech infrastructure to serve customers around the world.

As Talent Acquisition Lead you will be BeeHealthy's first talent acquisition dedicated professional and will have the mandate to build our recruiting and employer branding operations from scratch. The focus of our hiring is on tech profiles – mobile, back-end, front-end, fullstack – and for our product team – designers and product managers, but you also have the opportunity to help find business talent. Currently we are around 10 dedicated BeeHealthy professionals in Helsinki and Turku, but in a couple of years we should be hundreds across multiple countries. This is your chance to build a talent acquisition operation for the next chapter of Mehiläinen. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building our recruitment and employer branding operations and scaling them up in line with our growth
- Attracting the right talent for BeeHealthy's growth, with a focus on tech and product teams
- Sourcing high-quality candidates at all levels
- Screening candidates and organizing interviews for the top candidates
- Helping to close the chosen candidates
- Supporting in the development of our onboarding process

What we wish from you
- Strong previous experience in recruiting for technical roles with proven track record of building up teams in growth businesses
- Passion to track talent and hire with high volumes
- Ability to work independently and own your role
- Interest in improving healthcare systems around the world
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Language requirements: Fluent English, Finnish is a strong plus
